Nihonbashi-kabuto-cho is located in the heart of Tokyo with the landmark Tokyo Stock Exchange at its center. The area is being redeveloped as a financial center under the Global Financial City Tokyo initiative. Our aim is to create a platform that attracts both foreign and domestic asset management firms and start-up companies.
"FinGATE" is the name of the platform and part of the redevelopment project.

We established FinGATE KABUTO, a serviced office in April 2018, to support foreign fund managers tapping into the Japan market, as well as domestic companies starting an asset management business in Japan. High security required for the financial business and a fund hotel service*, common in major financial cities, allow tenants to operate effectively.

*The fund hotel service provides asset management companies with office space as well as IT solutions. This type of service is available in major financial cities such as New York and London.

FinGATE KAYABA is a group of small offices created for Fintech start-up companies and was established in September 2017. A lounge for the sole use of tenants, a seminar room with a capacity of around 100 guests, and a comfortable business environment is provided for our tenants. We will also support community building at FinGATE KAYABA, where our tenants can seek new business opportunities.
